The Experience

A Timeless Dining Experience

Step into Fakhreldin’s preserved villa with polished Palestinian and Jordanian stone, oak wood details and a grand high-perched balcony. The interior is ornamented with polished cream and white tiles along with rose and terracotta stone, a mixed combination of geologies, mainly from Palestine (Jerusalem and Ramallah) and the Daba’a, desert area south of Amman.  The villa’s main door was been transferred indoors within the reception area and is made of imported oak wood, along with the rest of the wood used inside the house. The restaurant combines authentic decor with chic touches that honor the building’s original design.

The outdoor lush garden used to have an upstanding pool, which is now converted into a water reserve. The garden is planted with typically regional vegetation including fragrant jasmine and several bay leaf, fig, apricot, orange, lemon and almond trees. The garden operates during the summer season. Traditional hubbly bubbly is offered and a non-smoking area, in doors, is also available.  Fakhreldin Restaurant installed a chair lift, in 2019, a mechanical device that assists individuals with mobility limitations in ascending and descending the staircase.

Dining at Fakhreldin Restaurant is more than a meal, it’s a cultural experience, with a seamless blend of hospitality and heritage that has earned awards and recognition over the years, as one of the leading fine dining restaurants in Amman.
